The manufacturer, guarantees any ladder, under normal use and service,
to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for five years from
date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to any ladder which is
subjected to an accident, or has been altered or misused, or is used as
a rental.
Under this guarantee, the manufacturer will repair or replace any part
which the manufacturer determines has failed during the period of the guarantee
due to defects in material or workmanship. After written approval by the
manufacturer, the ladder or defective part must be returned prepaid to
the manufacturer.
